Below includes our cancellation and refund policy

Conference cost: All accomodation (double rooms) , meals , lectures, and healing trials – and shuttles to sites listed – is 618 Euro – if registered before June 15.

Space is limited- early registered have choice of double or triple rooms.(Status April 23, – few rooms left for the conference..)

Final Registration Cancellation Date: August 15, 2024

Participants may be unable to attend due to personal circumstances. If any participant registers and then finds themselves unable to attend, they have the right to transfer their registration to someone they know and notify the Organizer about the transfer of registration. If they cannot find someone to take their place, the Organizer reserves the right to retain 70 Euros from the payment made as an operational cost until June 15. For cancellation requests communicated to the Organizer until June 15, the remaining payment will be refunded to the participant, excluding bank transfer and commission fees depending on the transfer method i.e. PayPal, IBAN, Swift… etc.

For cancellation requests communicated to the Organizer between June 15 and August 15, the Organizer reserves the right to retain 160 Euros from the payment made as an operational cost. This covers expenses such as accommodation and catering reservations, among others. The remaining payment will be refunded to the participant, excluding bank transfer and commission fees..

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Organizer receives the cancellation notification via email at info@geometricmodels.org , and info@fractalfield.com .

No refunds will be made for cancellations communicated after the final registration cancellation date (August 15).

If the Organizer cancels the workshop for any reason, the full amount of the registration fee, excluding bank transfer commission fees, will be refunded to the participant.
